The Content section will provide news, quotes and background materials refering to the topic of the EU Constitution. The time-table will give you an overview about the current status concerning the referendums on the Constitution.

After the speakers' contributions the audience could participate in the debate.

Organised by the Dutch No Campaign 'Committee Grondwet Nee' a group of rappers created the 'Grondwet Nee Rap' and performed it in front of the Felix Meritis confernce centre. - Download the song

Media Coverage:


There was a quite good interest in the conference by the media. Interviews were given to UPI, Reuters, LaLibre (BE). Dutch TV covered parts of the conference, German TV ZDF was around he whole day and recorded interviews with some speakers. The Dutch Radio 1 made interviews with all foreign speakers and broadcasted them consecutively during the day. We found articles in Le Monde (F), RTL (FR), Tageblatt (LU) and Washington Times (US)
